BEST REGARDS

With a 71,000 rank in TS EAMCET, getting ECE at JNTU Karimnagar is unlikely as the cutoff is usually around 22,000. However, you may try in spot or final rounds if seats remain vacant.

Consider alternative branches or nearby colleges like MGIT, CMR, or Guru Nanak. These may offer ECE at higher cutoff ranks.

Hello Bharathi

The estimate cut off rank for a BC-D boy in Kondagattu JNTU for ECE branch through diploma

Yes, JNTU Mahabubabad have on-campus hostels for both boys and girls. Availability is limited that mean 1st year students may not get immediately a hostel room.

Here's important tip to secure your room faster and easily :

- you need to apply early for hostel allotment and need to submit your necessary documents.

- Check their official website to know the number of rooms available, reviews of students.

- Ask your seniors who had already experienced the hostel environment.

- Best to take a backup option ready that is PG or another shared rooms.

Hello!

So,With your TGPGCET rank of 27 and GATE score of 410 you have good chances of getting admission in M.tech in CSE at JNTU under general category.

Last year M.tech computer science engineering closing rank was around 1,000 and your is 27 which far away from that. GATE qualified students also get preference.

So attend the counselling if you didn't got seat in first round then you will get it in the second round.

With a TS PGECET rank of 1,178 in Civil Engineering (OBC-D category), your chances of getting a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University (OU) for core specializations like Geotechnical, Structural, or Transportation Engineering are difficult, as these branches are in high demand and generally close within the top 500–700 ranks.

However, you have better chances in:

1. JNTU Sultanpur

2. Aided/private colleges affiliated to JNTU/OU

3. You may get a seat in later rounds (spot/mop-up) if some seats remain vacant.

HELLO,

Yes, with a branch rank of 700 in Electrical Engineering you have decent chances of getting a seat in JNTUH Kondagattu through TS ECET counselling , especially in the final or spot rounds . However admission depends on various factor such as :

1.Your category

2.Local/non local status

3.Seat availability and cutoff trends

4.Number of applicants in that year

You can check the previous cutoffs from this link :- https://dqxeclau.top/colleges/jntuh-college-of-engineering-karimnagar/cut-off

Hope this Helps!

With a 54,000 rank in AP EAPCET, here’s the realistic outlook for Mechanical Engineering:

  • SVU Tirupati: Unlikely. The Mechanical branch usually closes much earlier—around 25,000 to 30,000 rank for general category. Even in second phase, chances are very slim.

  • JNTU Anantapur: Possible. Mechanical here has gone up to 60,000–65,000 in later rounds in past years, especially for certain categories. Your chances in second phase are fair, especially if seat availability increases.

Hello Aspirant,

Osmania University (OU) and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) are two well-respected universities in Telangana in the field of Civil Engineering. Ultimately, which university you choose will depend on your specific interests and preferences:

  1. Osmania University(OU): Osmania University is a well-known heritage University with established professors and academics. This university option is worthwhile if you are looking for a more research-based, traditional university environment.
  2. JNTU Hyderabad: JNTU is another good option for Civil Engineering, as it boasts good infrastructure, good curricular that is lined-up with practical and focus-based industry practicals in the construction and public sector industries. In some scenarios, JNTU is the first choice of college for students looking to get placed (or for students looking to take up jobs in the technical fields).

If you are prioritizing research, or intending to carry on to further studies, you should choose OU. If you are looking for a more industry-ready, job-focused skill set, JNTU may be the right choice.

Hello aspirant,

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) administers the applicable entrance test, which is typically the TS EAMCET.  Candidates must register for the counseling process run by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) following the release of the TS EAMCET results.
