Thank you.
Placement aspects after EEE from JNTU Vizianagaram seem bleak, hence you must prepare yourself and appear for certain Government Examinations in Final Year, for better career scope and prospects.
1. GATE EE
With a Good Rank, you may pursue M.Tech/ME from some of the Higher Technical Institutes in India like Top IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani and Good State Engineering Colleges.
You may even apply for PSU Jobs on basis of your GATE EE Rank. Most of the Public Sector Enterprises like SAIL, NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, IOCL, BEL, GAIL, BARC, DRDO in all sectors have openings for Electrical Engineering
2. RINL MTT Test
RINL Vizag Steel Plant organizes its own Management Trainee Recruitment Exam and has openings for Electrical Engineering every year
3. UPSC ESE
You may appear for UPSE Engineering Services Exam with Electrical Engineering as Major, aceing which you get a chance to join the prestigious Indian Engineering Service Cadre.
For more information about Career as an Electrical Engineer do follow the link below
EEE at JNTU Vizianagaram has a very strong curriculum, at par with JNTUK and provides effective engineering education. The institute has good faculty, infrastructure and other facilities. However, placements at EEE are quite bleak, with no more than 40% students being recuited from campus. Some Top companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys did take students from EEE, but there were hardly any Core Companies.
Hence, you may go to JNTU Vizianagaram, but you must prepare for GATE EE in final year, followed by Postgraduation from some of the Higher Technical Institutes in India like IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani as well as Top State Engineering Colleges.

Good Luck
The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
College infrastructure refers to the physical and technological facilities available on campus, such as classrooms, libraries, labs, sports facilities, and hostels. A good infrastructure supports a better learning environment and overall student experience. It includes modern amenities, proper maintenance, and accessibility for students and staff. A college with strong infrastructure helps in providing a comfortable and efficient space for academic and extracurricular activities.
