Petroleum Engineering in JNTU Kakinada is a good option. As it is a university, the infrastructure is always good. Classrooms of college are digitalized, and there are well-equipped laboratories for every department. It has a big library with many volumes for all the departments, and a separate hostel for boys and girls which is maintained well is present.

Placement is also very suitable in this college definitely in software organisations like Infosys, TCS, Accenture and Capgemini.

There is no such thing like free seat and to take admission in JNTU you have to obtain a rank which comes under it's closing rank.On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat in JNTU as the rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get a seat in JNTU when compared with previous year closing rank.The previous year closing rank for CSE,ECE,EEE and Mechanical were around 9843 ,6995, 10921 and 12249  respectively and your rank does not comes under the closing rank.

JEE Main paper 2 is the entrance exam to get an admission into architecture undergraduate course which is Barch. Jntu Hyderabad do not offer Architecture course(that is it does not consider JEE paper 2 scores). Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University - ( JNAFAU) offers architecture course (Barch and Bplan)( Present in Hyderabad).

As per i am concerned both the colleges have some pros and cons.

JNTU SULTANPUR It has been given a rating of AAA which means above average and overall rating of 3.1/5 and placement rating of 2.5/5 as per careers360.

• It has a better campus especially when it comes to area, compared to that of JNTU-KARIMNAGAR.
• Faculty now is good.. Especially the ECE, but it can be lot better.

JNTU KARIMNAGAR It has been given an overall rating of 3.8/5 and placement rating of 3.3/5 as per careers360.

• THE FACULTY ( its better than JNTU Sultanpur)
• Good placements records ….

  Every student will be given a chance to attend oncampus recruitments like Center for good governance,TCS etc and offcampus many more.

  There will be campus recruitment training for few selected candidates.

Considering the cut off in 2019 under general category you have chances of getting seat in Geo informatics, Metallurgy and Biotechnology in A U College of Engineering, Vizag. Also you have chances of getting seat in the following JNTUs

• JNTU, Kalikiri: Civil, EEE, Mechanical and Food technology
• JNTU, Ananthapuramu: Chemical Engineering
• JNTU, Narsaraopeta: Civil, EEE and Mechanical
• JNTU, Pulivendula: Civil, EEE and Mechanical

This is base don 2019 cut off and it is subjected to change depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

As for the Admissions in the J.N.T.U College of Engineering, Kalikiri CSE Cut off for the year 2019 is as for O.C EWS Boys it is 12143, and for EWS O.C Girls it is 11144, and for the General Category candidates without EWS it is as for O.C Boys 11913 it is Girls it is 11370.
