CSE is best nowadays everywhere. But on comparing Jaypee Solan and Jaypee Guna, Solan would be ranked higher in all terms i.e. study curriculum, placements,etc.

JUIT is best university in private sector in Himachal Pradesh , In computer Science it has well setup labs and also infrastructure and faculties are good, It is one of the oldest engineering university of Himachal Pradesh . i suggest you take admission there.
