Congrats for your successin the exam.In KIITEE it is little difficult for you to get CSE branch, since the cut off rank is around 5000 to 5500 for this branch.But, there is a very high chance for you to get all other branches like EEE, ECE, ETE, Civil and Mech.You can apply for the counselling and hope for the best.

According to  previous year cutoffs, you can get Computer Science engineering at a rank of 4717 at KIIT. You have very high chances of getting Computer Science Engineering as the previous year cutoff was around 5000 and your current rank is way better than 5000. Cutoffs vary according to difficulty level of question paper, number of students appearing for the exam, number of seats available etc, but even if the cutoffs vary a bit, you have strong chances that you would get Computer Science Engineering. Congratulations on your rank! 991 is a decent rank and with this rank, you can choose any branch of engineering you want to choose in KIIT. If you are inclined towards software engineering, you can choose Computer Science Engineering. If you are inclined towards electrical branches, you can choose Electrical and Electroics engineering etc. Since you have got such a good rank, you can prefer any branch you want to choose. According to cutoffs in past few years, with your current rank, you can easily get Information technology engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications engineering, mechanical engineering, Electrical and electronics engineering, electrical engineering etc. You must note that cutoffs vary too depending upon number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the level, number of seats available etc. So, there is some chance of getting Computer Science engineering too as in 2017, cutoff for Computer Science Engineering was 5044. Yeah you can get admission in SRM main Campus and can also get admission in KIIT.

Both the institues are better in their own way, you can judge the institutes on your own parameter.

By Score, I think you mean that your rank is 16595. At this rank, you would hardly get any good branch at KIIT if you belong to general category. You might get Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering branch.

KIITEE 2019 cutoff will be provided through online mode by the KIT University. On clearing the cutoff, canidates can get admission in the B.Tehc programme. Candidates must score the cutoff marks to appear in KIIT admissions procedure. The previous years cut offs for computer science engineering branch in KIIT has been around rank 5044. Hence, your chances seem difficult.
