It is a bit difficult to get CSE in general seat in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar with your rank. But Your ST Category rank is really good, so you might have a low-medium chance of getting into KIIT in your preferred branch.

Yes, you can withdraw your seat after provisional allotment. But you can only do so before the start of the new academic session. However, there is a non - refundable deposit of RS. 10,000 , which you would pay at the time of counselling. If your allotment memo stipulates any amount, then you have to pay that amount to get provisional admission in KIIT.

Sorry to say but with this rank your chance of getting kit in ee, me,civil is quite low. You can try for other departments but this departments will not come in these rank. But you can try for this but cahnce is low. Best of luck for your future .

Yes, To appear in KIITEE Law 2019, a candidates need to have passed 10+2 from any recognized board orequivalent examination. A candidates should secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying degree. Candidates applying for B.Sc. LL.B, should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in the science stream with at least 45% marks.
