With 96 percentile in JEE MAIN, and being an OBC- NCL female candidate you have a decent chance of getting CSE in many good private colleges but not in top NITs unless your OBC rank is within 10,000 . Since you're from outside of Odisha, KIIT doesn't offer state quota advantage , but you can still get CSE there through KIITEE or direct admission if seats are available, as it’s a private university.
