Hi
It is very difficult for anyone to answer to your question because one can't really say.As you have given the Entrance exam for b.tech & you want to go in commerce field it is very hard to say whether you will get or not. Both are very different field.Nevertheless, give a try atleast 1 time you never know. But ya do go with your choice.I mean to say if you really want to take commerece field then go ahead with your decision.
Hope this was helpful.
Good Luck!!!!
Thank-You!!!!!
The answer is Manipal main campus.
Yes and don’t wonder why. I am a guy who had option to join PESU(cet) or MU(mahe free seat), and I chose PESU (to stay away from home :p)
Other than the fact that placements are well and good in PESU, the campus life is miserable. They brag themselves that they are of IIT and NIT standards but there is no way you can compare to those. It has a very small campus and hostel is terrible. Food available at hostel is real bad.
What’s more they have a terrific wifi facility in campus (only at few blocks/classes) and no internet facility in hostel (even airtel/jio gives 10KBps). Being in CS department, there are only few good professors and students study on their own as usual. Especially comparing MU and PESU, PES in recent years has been trying to copy the facilities of MU like attendance updates in a website portal, video lectures of class etc. and has failed completely to implement it. You can see only ‘Server crash’ on results day and get to see your results the next day or day after. Attendance is compulsory (carries marks). The only good thing is many good companies come to PES and students get placed well (mostly because of their own skills). MU has good placements too.
So if you want to live a life, Join MU.
All the best.
Hi.
The cut off for admission in the Manipal campus in Computer Science Engineering branch was 1893 rank for the year 2017 in the General category.
A similar cut off if expected this year, you seem to have a fair chance. Best of luck!
Hello!!
It's too hard to get into manipal University with the above rank
All the best:)
Manipal univeristy jaipur is a pretty solid place academically, but its not that great as well. Course structure is decent, professors are good, but like every other college, you need to put effort into it. Professors are really approachable. sports facilities are kickass. Library is amazing. auditorium and mess are 5 star. ofcourse they charge money for that. living space are luxurious, unlike BITS.
college infrastructure has every necessary facilities needed, it has very clean campus, beautiful classes, washroom, lobby, play area, etc. it is indeed one of the best campuses in all over India, libraries are also well built.
best college in terms of infrastructure in the entire country right now. hostels feels like hotels and mess has some of the best foods available in the other colleges. it has amazing college environment and greenery.
