See each of these colleges have their own pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages and own uniqueness. If I were at your place, I would've chosen NIT SURAT because it has great placement opportunities afterwards. And as far other activities are concerned, NIT SURAT has great name in sports too as I'm a sports liking person and it also organizes cultural fests and activities where you can bring out your talents.

Thankyou.

Hello,

Your expected rank will be around 48664.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100

Where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.

In April session 1200000 candidates are expected to appear then your expected rank can be calculated by the formula (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100

Your rank based on your category will be around 8000.In 2019 a candidate with rank 6836 belonging to general-ews (home state-female) secured a seat in MANIT, Bhopal.Considering this you may have less chances of getting seat.Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, previous year cut off etc, it may increase or decrease slightly.

You may predict the colleges by using our JEE main college predictor

Hi Kaushlendra,

If you see in terms of faculty then I would suggest you to go for NIT Bhopal because the faculty members are way better then NIT surat at NIT Bhopal.

But if you look for placement then NIT Surat will lead here as the average placement of NIT Surat is 6-7 lpa for CIVIL whereas the average placement of NIT Bhopal for CIVIL department is around 5-6 lpa.

Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank You.

Hello Aspirant,

There is mixed reviews relates to MANIT Bhopal and SVNIT Surat so basically its 50-50. There is some issues with MANIT hostel life and on the other hand SVNIT has one of the best infrastructure among all the engineering colleges in India including IITs and NITs. MANIT Bhopal does not have that good infrastructure but academically its very good.
Overall placements in both the colleges are at the same level and if you are a studious student and can maintain a good grades throughout then you you can get good placement in of them.

I hope this helps
