All the PhD students are required to pay the hostel fees and the college will not provide any form of Housing and Renting Allowances for the same. The PhD students will be accomodated in single seater fully furnished rooms of Hostel 11 Appu Bhavan in Manit. The fees for the same is Rs 20,500 per semester. This fees does not include the mess charges which are Rs 20,000 per year.

However PhD students have some special dates for dissertation and paper presentation so their holidys may be less than UG students. Usually summer vacation are from 1 May to 15 July, Winter vacations for the entire december and two mid semester breaks of 1 week in each semester.
