As your query is you applied for the counselling process and in the 7th round of counselling you got MANIT college and you want to know whether you have to leave just after the counselling process in the hostel or not when the fee is paid.

I would like to tell you that there is nothing to worry about, you don't have to live in the hostel after the counselling process is completed, once you submit the fee you can go to the home pack your luggage and when they will call you for hostel allotment process then only you have to visit to the hostel. There is no need or rule to live in the hostel after paying the fee so don't think about this anymore, all you have to do is to pay the fee and return back to the home pack your laguagge and when they will call you for the hostel allotment then only go.

You should go for nit bhopal, 

Since both the colleges are at same bracket 

The placements of mnit Bhopal is slightly more than nit jaipur, 

Whereas the infrastructure wise nit jaipur out beats the nit bhopal. 

Faculty wise both the colleges are outstanding.

Yes, the fourth round of counseling closed at the rank of 3300 for OBC category in Maulana Azad National Institute of technology. And the cutoff for all the categories is a sure shot gonna decrease. So, you have a great chance of getting your desired branch in NIT Bhopal.

All the PhD students are required to pay the hostel fees and the college will not provide any form of Housing and Renting Allowances for the same. The PhD students will be accomodated in single seater fully furnished rooms of Hostel 11 Appu Bhavan in Manit. The fees for the same is Rs 20,500 per semester. This fees does not include the mess charges which are Rs 20,000 per year.

Well the holidays are same for all the students which include the UG, PG and PhD students of the institute. However PhD students have some special dates for dissertation and paper presentation so their holidys may be less than UG students. Usually summer vacation are from 1 May to 15 July, Winter vacations for the entire december and two mid semester breaks of 1 week in each semester.
