Well the 75% attendance rule is applicable for all the UG and PG students of the institute atleast on paper. However, when it comes to enforcement of these rules, most of the times it is not done so strictly. And most of the PhD students are busy taking classes anyways for their respective mentors so I guess attendance is not much of an issue.

the electrical students are 114 and cse students are 200 themselves so you cant expect all companies to allow electrical students but 50 to 60% companies allow electrical students which are consultancies and analytics companies.A few coding companies including microsoft allows electrical students even for intern.

Yes, first of all congratulations for getting a seat at MANIT Bhopal. You can certainly report to any of the NITs/ IIITs or GFTIs for the counselling process. You need to report to MANIT only after the completion of all the seven rounds of counselling for final admission.

Yes. A stipend of 12400/- Per Month is Given To All The Students Who Have A Valid GATE Score. 
Same Stipend of 12400/- is Given To All NIT,IIT And Private College Student byMHRD. The Only Difference Will Be That IIT and NIT Students Will Get Their Stipend On Time. Private College Students May Get 6 Month Stipend At Once

There is a total of 29 courses to choose from and according to this Structural Engineering seems to have the highest cut off marks for General category which was 777. The lowest is around 220. Its good aa metalurgy in nit bhopal is quite rare branch  as per the placement record you should choose metalurgy in bhopal as  its its as in iiit those company might not  come that  which might be there in nit as in nit there is great chances of getting job and taht to in a good company.

Well to get admission in IIITs or NITs one first needs to clear JEE Mains cutoff for their respective category. Below I have listed 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise -

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01 
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

As per your OBC-NCL rank , you may get a seat in IIIT Bhopal. Below I have listed some of the branches of IIIT Bhopal along with their  previous year cutoffs for OBC-NCL category - 

• CSE : 13345
• Electronics & Communication : 14133
• Information Technology : 14224

So as per the previous years cutoff of  CSE for OBC-NCL category, you might get this seat .

Placements wise ECE Bhopal is nearly the same as than ECE NIT Allahabad .

But CE Allahabad is better than ECE Bhopal in terms of study culture ,placements and exposure to opportunities too.

So my suggestion is give first preference to branch then college(NOTE:Consider college ranking while filling options)
