You may can get a marlnit very easily after scoring this good marks .
Since your rank is too good and if you are belong to SC ST category then definitely you are going to get this college very easily and if you belong to General or OBC category then also you can get this college but I don't have any idea about what is the closing rank for general and OBC category and since Josaa site is not working so I can't tell you the closing and opening rank of manit.

Sorry bro, but previous year lowest cutoff rank for any stream was approx 12000 and In 2016, the closing rank was 11000 approx. So, you might not get any seat in manit bhopal. You can check the cutoff list too from this link and choose any branch in some other college.

Getting CSE based on your jeemains 2018 rank in NITs is very difficult and no chance of getting MANIT . But you can expect some of the lower branches in some NITs like NIT MIZORAM, SIKKIM,etc. However you can participate in state counselling to get admission in top private colleges.

College was very nice, its a very old college. its infrastructure is around more than 80 year old. very beautiful jungle with nice lake views. present they have added new blocks with latest infrastructure.
