                        With 80-90 marks you get a good category rank,but CS,ME,EC can't be guaranteed in any of this colleges because there is high competition for these three.you can definitely get other branches based on your final JEE rank.Best of luck!

According, to careers 360 NIT Rourkela has AAAA+ ratings which means outstanding and MANIT Bhopal has AAAA ratings which means very good.

Ratings are based on Faculty, Placements, Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status and Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.

In NIRF 2018 ranking NIT Rourkela is in 15th position and MANIT Bhopal is in 55th position.

The cut off varies year, category and branch wise so it would be good if you could provide all these details as in previous year, the closing rank for NIT Delhi was 14845 (170+), for MNNIT Allahabad it was 28202 (150 approx) and for NIT Bhopal it was 31139 (140+).

According, to 2017 cut off in order to get admission you should score more then 140 marks in JEE Main in general category other state quota.

Cut off marks varies as per branches as well.

MANIT Bhopal cut off depends on category and state quota as well.

You should score more then 200 marks in JEE Main exam to get CSE branch in MANIT Bhopal under general category other state quota.
