NIT Durgapur average package offered to students of computer science branch???

NIT Durgapur average package in CSE is around Rs 9 lakhs and if we see the highest package it goes around Rs20 lakhs. The college is good for CSE and last year more than 90 companies visited for the placements.

Both college were good in faculty, facilities and infrastructure wise . Nit duragapur is good in ranking wise in compare with iiit jabalpur. Iiit jabalpur is better than nit durgapur in placement wise. Average salary package offer in iiit jalbur is around 7.50 lpa while in nit durgapur average salary package offer is 6.0 lpa.

how are placements in chemical engineering at nit durgapur?? what is the avg package?is it worth joining ??

National Institute of Technology Durgapur might not be among the top NITs but the placement record for chemical Engineering of NIT Durgapur is far better than any other colleges. Durgapur is among heavily induatrialised towns of India and so the opportunities for Chemical Engineers are great. No doubt, academically it is great. And in terms of placement, it is also impressive. Haldia Petrochemicals, RIL, JSW Cement, Tata Tinplate, L&T etc hire chemical engineers from NIT Durgapur with an average package of 4 lpa. nit durgapur mechanical vs nit rourkela chemical?

Chemical Engineering at NIT Rourkela would be a better choice since it is a higher ranked university. However, when it comes to course mechanical engineering is a better option It would be advisable to fix the course before the university. Since both of them are NITs they are of the top institutions in the country. You can consider the following factors before choosing it.

Infrastructure and college life:

NIT Rourkela has a good infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice environment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

All the faculties are qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. Nit Rourkela Metallurgy vs Nit Durgapur ECE?

which is better iiest shibpur IT or nit surathkal IT for b.tech

Nit surathkal is much better than iiest shaibpur in placement wise. Average salary offer in nit surathkal is around 8 lpa while in iiest shibpur average package offer is around 6.50 lpa .

Fees in iiest shibpur is less than nit sutathkal. Ranking of nit surathkal is better than shibpur.

Iiest shibpur have better ranking than nit durgapur. But it doesn't matter. Since nit durgapur offers b.tech degree while shibpur offers B.E degree .

Placement offer by both the college are almost same iiesg shibpur offers package of 6.50 lpa while nit durgapur offers 6.0 lpa. Other thing are almost similar in both the colleges including infrastructure, facilities, faculty..

College Infrastructure

The campus boasts modern infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, and a comprehensive library stocked with the latest resources. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the campus, facilitating seamless online learning. Hostel facilities are commendable, offering clean rooms and hygienic food. Sports complexes and recreational areas are well-maintained, promoting a balanced student life.

College Infrastructure

NIT Durgapur has some very old buildings, but the newly formed Academic block, utkarsh bhawan is very good infrastructures. Library also good. Senior hostels are little bit less maintained, but hostels for 1st year and 2nd years are good.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of our college is quite good, especially for the biotechnology department. Our building is relatively new and well-maintained. It houses modern labs equipped with the necessary instruments and machines required for the practical and research. The classrooms are spacious and have proper ventilation. The overall environment is clean and conducive to learning. Apart from academics, the campus also provides good facilities for overall student development. There is a well-equipped gym available for students, along with games. The college also has centrally air-conditioned library with vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources ,offering a comfortable and quiet environment for studying. The only problem is many of the buildings are quite old so u may feel a bit underwhelmed.
