Rank corresponding to your percentile would be above 87, 448. Getting NIT Durgapur would not br possible for you. As you belong to OC, it is quite difficult for you to land up in any of the NITs

The concerned authorities will prepare the cutoff of JEE Main for NIT Durgapur with opening and closing ranks in online mode for all the category candidates. JEE Main cutoff 2019 for NIT Durgapur will be the minimum marks required for admission in the institute and course. This means that if a candidate scores less than the cutoff of JEE Main for NIT Durgapur, then he or she will not be entitled admission in the institute for any B.Tech programme through JEE main. The preparation of JEE Main cutoff for NIT Durgapur will be based on various factors like number of seats, the number of candidates who have appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam and previous years cutoff trends.

Sir got 97.9 percentile in JEE main but 66% in 12th CBSE board, can i get chance in NIT Durgapur taking advantage of HS i.e WB

Hello dear!
As you have secured 66%in class 12th board. Since the criteria for JEE main regarding class 12th board is that the candidate should have at least 75% from CBSE board.
Due to insufficient criteria regarding class 12th board, you will not get a seat in NIT if you are lying under general and OBC-ncl category instead of securing good rank in jee main.

Can I get nit durgapur with 93.07 percentile?

Hii.Your percentile is good. Recently in NIT Durgapur the Research Excellence Building was inaugurated, which will positively impact the college reputation and overall ranking, the food quality in hostel mess is excellent and healthy, the college has two grounds for sports and a large library with numerous collections of books is present in the central library, Classroom are neat and clean and are digital.

College Infrastructure

Its a decent NIT with good infrastructure with good libraries canteen cafeteria hostel for boys and girls. Though class rooms are not in good position some are non ac room, benches are uncomfortable in 2025, but renovation is going on.
