cutoff score varies with number of applicant, students category, choice of stream, difficulty level of jee main papers like determining factors.

Your obc rank will be around 3500.

It is quite difficult to make prediction but yes as per past year trend , you hold a decent chance to get a seat in NIT Silchar for CSE

Placements are good . Almost 100% placement happens for the complete batch and 100% sure happens in CSE branch.

At this rank you hold very low chances of getting admission in NIT Silchar . I would like to suggest you to start preparing for next attempt and try to score rank below 19000 to get admission into NIT silchar with home state quota

College Infrastructure

The hostel experience was nice, with timely breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, the mobile network was very poor in the hostel room and sometimes lan did not work properly. classrooms are in pretty good condition in new gallery classroom. for civil laboratories, the equipment was not maintain properly.
