For ECE guys, there is a suggestion, try to study programming and DSA from very beginning if you don't find ECE more interesting for yourself. I doubt you may not get CSE with this rank even after home state quota because according to 2017 stats the SC HOME STATE QUOTA closing rank for CSE was 6511.
