Your score is just below the minimum cutoff for VLSI in NIT Warangal for OBC-NC category. You may get Electronics Instrumentation there but you have missed VLSI by a very small margin. Still, you can try for that as the difference in expected cutoff and your score is not more than 40-50 marks.

dear killi, please mention your subjects and stream you r opting for mtech. please also mention tour category. for electronics related subjects cutoff are really high i.e 700+

let tell the addmission depends on the jee main Rank not on the percentile while you will be getting the rank and score in the april month while for NIT for SC it differs with it starts with 3k rank under SC so i would like to suggest to see the with respect to branch wise in the given the link below

According to the previous year cutoff stats, the cutoff for ECE in NIT warangal usually falls between the range of 600-700 gate score. Hence there are chances of you getting a seat into the college but you have to wait for the official college cutoff in order to be sure. Although if not in NIT Warangal you can easily get a seat in other top NITs with this score.
