Based on previous trends in ranking and your score, your rank will be nearly (100-85.5)*1150000/100=166750.And sorry to say that you have no chances to get admission in NIT warangal since last year cutoff for NIT warangal is nearly 30000.

Final merit list will be produced after completion of both the exam JEE MAIN AND ADVANCED. But admission into NITs is through JEE MAIN. From previous record it is believed that a candidate should get a minium of 96 percentile to get into NIT.

But with 82 percentile you can try into State run or priviate university

It is difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities for NIT's or the exact qualifying marks as the exam is being conducted twice in multiple session, The final NTA scores will be used to rank the candidates. 

You can use this formula to calculate your expected rank-

874469 are the number of candidates appeared for the January exam. So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 874469 / 100.

If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1400000 then your final rank shall be (100- your total score) * 1400000/100

Moreover your catagory will play a major role in your selection.

You belogs to General catagory so can't be sure about your admission in NIT, but as you have a decent percentile in Mains there definately is some possibility.

It would be difficult to tell you the actual rank in JEE main exam as the exam is being conducted twice for the first time. But, you can check your expected rank.
Your expected rank would be around 59,579 - 67,079 and your probable category rank range will be 16607 - 18207.

It should be noted that  the Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1150000 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.

With this rank, chances would be less for getting a seat in NIT Warangal. But, you might have the chances for admission to NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Durgapur.
