According to official website of cbit you cannot get admission there on the basis of icar score as it accepts admission on basis eamcet rank and talking about nit warangal so it is an institute of national importance and is under the central government of india and admission to it on btech level are strictly done through josaa counselling on the bass of jee main rank once you get a valid jee rank you can sit in josaa counselling and then on the basis of your rank and preference order you get a seat allotted if any in nit warangal
Hello Aspirant ,
NIT Warangal is among the top NITs in India is a very famous college for Engineering students , especially for Computer science students.
According to past years trend The cutoff for a general student without Home state quota for CSE at this college opens at around 1000 rank and closed at around 1500 rank so you will need 99.9 percentile atleast with Home state quota you can get it at around 99.6 percentile.
Hope this helps.
Greetings!
Nit Warangal is one of best nit for pursuing btech in cse. The college offers state quota as well as registration for different category students. If you belong from EWS category and state quota, you must score minimum 90 percentile. It is just what is observed in previous year, as cutoff keeps changing depending on exam quality and seats in the college. If you want to look at other colleges according to your JEE main rank, use colleges predictor-

CSE at older nits will carry the legacy but cse at new iits may not have the legacy right now but they will always have that brand and one's they are old enough they would beat even older nits thanks to the heavy funding received by the government. Brand name of an iit will always remain with you for life that would also give you an edge in placements and higher studies but at the moment you can choose older nits as well owing to fierce coding environment and the brand name and legacy they have made by now.
If you are from the home state then you can get ece till about 1130 ews rank on the other hand if you are from other states then ews rank around 650 will be required but you should note that I have mentioned the opening and closing ranks from the josaa website that too the latest one's but this years closing ranks does not indicate the cutoffs for the future it just gives a brief idea of whether you are in contention to get that branch or not it is no where a compulsion that you will get that branch or not.=
Here I would recommend you to go with nit warangal ece if you do not have complete inclination towards cse branch as nit warangal is amongst the top nits of india also you will mind many top rankers there which improves the coding environment and makes you work even harder also most tech companies allow ece students to sit i their interview hence overall nit warangal ece would be a better choice but remember end decision is yours so choose wisely.
In the current scenario ece at nit warangal is better any day thanks to the historical legacy of the college while the other two are comparatively newer colleges moreover nit warangal ece is one of the top branches of the institute in terms of placements as well and most of the tech companies allow ece students to sit for there placements. Moreover if you work hard in your first year you might get your branch changed to cse which will be great for you but the final decision is yours.
There is no exact figure about what percentage of companies allow ece students for tech placements but for most of the companies the number is substantial there are a lot of companies which allow ece students and a lot of good companies are included in it apart from this mass recruiters may sometimes allow all branches to sit for placements so that should not be a cause of worry.
Campus of more than 200 acres with self residential facility along with different blocks allocated to different branches with required equipments and other features. It contains Admin block, Academic block, library and other departments.
Infrastructure is good Campus is very wide and has many shops Only thing I m slightly disappointed is at the quality of drinking water provided Also washrooms are in not in great condition Else okay
The college boasts a well-structured campus with excellent infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with the latest teaching aids. The labs are well-maintained, supporting hands-on learning. The library is extensive and well-organized. The sports facilities are commendable.
