As you have got around 6000 OBC category rank then your CRL rank must be around near 25000. And with this much CRL rank there is no chance that you can get computer science engineering branch in NIT Warangal even in csab special round counselling.

Even if you belong from home state quota then also you cannot get computer science engineering branch with this much CRL rank in both round of csab counselling.

Last year the cutoff closing rank for computer science engineering branch in NIT Warangal for obc category students on basis of CRL ranks was - 7516 ( for home state candidates, in csab special round 2 counseling).

So, you cannot get cse of nit Warangal, but you can get other branches like metallurgical and materials engineering, chemical engineering, etc.

Last year, 2019 NIT warangal CSE HS closing rank for CSAB round 2 was 7516, and this year due to Covid-19 Home State Quota is getting extra privilege too! So, Don't Lose hope! There are high chances of you getting admission there,

NIT Warangal is among top 10 NITs of India. It has been ranked at 19th position for Engineering by NIRF while Careers360 has rated this college with AAAA+ grade. However you haven't mentioned the course you have gotten there but it seems it's Engineering. Nevertheless to say, the faculties are extremely talented and highly qualified. Coming to placement record, it's pretty good and almost 95% get placed in top notch companies like Amazon, Cognizant, ITC, Microsoft, Oracle etc. Many PSUs also recruit Engineers from NIT Warangal such as GAIL, Hindustan Petroleum, OIL etc. Nothing new to say about NIT Warangal, being among top Engineering institutes of India, it has collaboration with many foreign universities and industries. As you have secured 24000 OBC category rank in JEE mains 2020 then your overall CRL merit rank must be around more than 80000 and with this much rank there is no chance that you can get any NITs. Now as per your profile I can assume that you belong from Telangana. But even from your home state quota you can't get NIT Warangal.

And as you have mentioned Andhra Pradesh state specifically in your question then also it's unfortunate that you cannot get NIT Andhra Pradesh. Even with this much rank in csab round counselling there is no chance that you can get NIT Andhra Pradesh.
Last year the highest cutoff closing ranks in NIT Andhra Pradesh for OBC candidates on the basis of their CRL rank was - 66212 ( for biotechnology, for home state obc candidates in csab round 2 counselling ). And for other state obc candidates the highest cutoff closing rank on the basis of their crl ranks was - 74748 ( for biotechnology in csab round 2 counselling ).

So, there is no chance that you can get nit andhra pradesh. Also the chances of getting other nits are quite low.

As you have secured 11533 rank in jee mains from ews category, then there is no chance that you can get any nits with this much rank.

Because for getting a sure seat in any nits you must have to secure an ews rank of around 8000.
Now as you belong from home state telangana, then also there is no chance for your to get nit Warangal, even by applying your home state quota.

Last year the highest cutoff closing rank for ews category belonging from home state quota was - 5317 ( for biotechnology in round 7 counseling ).

And you ews rank is almost double of this so, there is no chance that you can get nit warangal.

Better you try at some other state or private colleges.

According to your qouted details you might get NIT'S but don't expect branches like CSE , IT , ECE or civil as cutoff for these generally goes higher.

You can try to get a descent GFTI with your desired branch.

As you have secured 34738 CRL rank in JEE mains and 8801 OBC category rank in JEE mains 2020 then congratulations you can get some of the low nits with this much OBC category rank.

But now if you want chemical engineering branch in NIT Warangal then this is not possible with this much rank in josaa counselling. Even if you try for csab counselling then also you cannot get that seat.
Because your crl rank is a little bit higher than the required cutoff.

Last year for csab Round 2 counselling the highest cutoff closing rank for nit warangal for OBC candidate on basis of their CRL rank was - 28863 ( for chemical engineering ).

So there is no chance that you can get chemical engineering branch in NIT Warangal.
