Both of the nit's are top level nit and both have good ranking.But being a student of mnnit I would suggest you to go for nit Warangal because the faculties are nearly same in both the colleges but placement matters .As Warangal is more nearest to city like Bangalore and Hyderabad where we have job option so company normally recruit more students from there and provide good package which is more better than mnnit Allahabad .

Infrastructure of nit Warangal is also much better than nit Allahabad.

But your own choice will matter

Your rank seems not enough for NIT WARANGAL even from,HOME STATE QUOTA chance of getting seat seems very less.You need ST rank under 1K for NIT WARANGAL through OS quota and 1.5k through HS  QUOTA.

NIT warangal is one of the top most institutes in India. Your rank is not enough to get you a seat in NIT Warangal. The closing rank for OBC at NIT warangal is around 5000. So, it is not possible for you to get a seat in NIT Warangal.
