Both of these colleges have a good reputation and provide great infrastructure and faculty. But, the courses you have mentioned are pretty different. Biotechnology is related to the technology used in enhancing medical and healthcare domain. Mining Engineering explores the technological domain of mining and innovations used in it. So, focus on what your interests and which syllabus will be better for you. However, NIT Warangal is better in rankings compared to NIT Nagpur. But, in the end your course will matter more because you will meet like-minded people in your course and your college life will be better.
Hello Sahil
According to ranking's NIT Warangal is good than Vnit Nagpur. But it's your choice the field in which you are interested not the college because both are NIT's and ranking doesn't matter in learning.
You are interested in programming then you can go for Vnit Nagpur and if you are interested in Electronics and Communication then you can go for Nit Warangal.
So I hope you find this helpful
Thank you
Good luck.
Hey!There
If you are looking for CSE stream then you should go with NIT DURGAPUR.If you have little bit interest in EEE then you can stay with NIT WARANGAL as placement and exposure of WARANGAL is quite good. After one year, branch matter not tag.So go with your interest.
Ask if you have any other queries.
GOOD LUCK!

Hi Akshay,
At this rank, you won't get admission in any branch of NIT Warangal. I would suggest you to use college predictor and look for other colleges. You might get some of the lower ranked GFTIs, IIITs or NITs. Below is a link for the same:

All the best
Your rank is quite high. Even if the obc rank would have been in near thousands then there would have been a chance to get admission into nit warangal. State quota applied on the rank you obtained won't let you have one such of your choice. However you may wait for the counselling proceedings to begin.
Hello Pragna, Well, If you don't like chemistry subject, then there's no need to get admission just for the sake that its an NIT. You might blame your decision in the end. Though the study is not like normal school level, But still if the subject doesn't excite you, you shouldn't opt for it. Try to opt for another branch if possible.
This is completely off the track question. You have Given JEE mains and you want to join nit , then how in the world are you talking about sports.
There is no such category in nit's. You will get admission completely based on your JEE mains score and 12th percentage >75% .
So you better study hard and get above 99 Percentile and get a seat in nit Warangal next year.
All the best.
Thank you
Campus of more than 200 acres with self residential facility along with different blocks allocated to different branches with required equipments and other features. It contains Admin block, Academic block, library and other departments.
Infrastructure is good Campus is very wide and has many shops Only thing I m slightly disappointed is at the quality of drinking water provided Also washrooms are in not in great condition Else okay
The college boasts a well-structured campus with excellent infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with the latest teaching aids. The labs are well-maintained, supporting hands-on learning. The library is extensive and well-organized. The sports facilities are commendable.
