see To take admission in MD or MS course, you need to appear in neet pg exam, neet pg 2021 eligibility criteria is as follows:

Aspirants must complete an MBBS degree/provisional Pass Certificate which is recognized by the Indian Medical Council.

applicant must hold  a permanent/ provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

applicant  must have completed the duration of their internship on or before March 31, 2021

****There is no maximum age limit to apply for neet pg , since you have already  in on going course of MD you should have all the eligibility criteria. now see in government or some of the private  institute post graduate students work as resident doctor and get monthly stipend. however I understand that since you have taken admission in private seat fees is quite high. however if you quite now you have to again repeat the full three years again and it would be counted as gap of year in your career. so some how if you can arrange the money , it would save your time. generally loans can be taken from bank as educational purpose.  however since there is no age limit you may appear in neet pg again. so the decision should be yours.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. In tspgcet admission is based on gate or pgcet score , where gate qualified students are given priority. you may appear in counselling with both of the score, It would best to use through both of the channel. however it is quite difficult to predict exact college now. so participate in the counselling process and also apply for other exams and colleges through gate score.

The admission to M.E/M.Tech in OU and JNTU through GATE is done through single window TS PGECET counselling. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad will be publish a separate notification for admission through GATE for GATE qualified candidates. As of now the registration for TS PGECET 2021 has started. The registration for GATE qualified candidates start anytime soon until then please check for the updates from time to time. The candidates who have qualified for GATE need not appear for TS PGECET. The priority is given to GATE qualified candidates over TS PGECET candidates for admission. As per the information available in the official handbook of Osmania University the admission to all B.E courses is based on the marks score in common entrance test conducted by state government of Telangana. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TS EAMCET every year for admission to B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharm, Agriculture etc. To get admission to B.E Bio Medical Engineering in Osmania University you need to appear for TS EAMCET and qualify in it. In 2020 a candidate with TS EAMCET rank 32257 belonging to SC category secured seat in B.E Bio Medical Engineering. So you need to secure a rank below 32000 to have decent chances of getting seat in the preferred University.
