The admissions in Osmania University Hyderabad for B.Tech course is based on TS EAMCET score and TS EAMCET counselling. You will need to give TS EAMCET and get the cut off score and then apply for TS EAMCET counselling for admissions in Osmania University Hyderabad. Osmania University, Hyderabad was founded in the year 1918. Osmania University, Hyderabad is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test has released the official TS EAMCET 2021 notification on the official website on March 18. The TS EAMCET 2021 exam will be held in online mode from July 7 to 9 (Engg.). The application form is released .

Osmina University Hyderabad does not provide B.B.A course but colleges affiliated to it provides B.B.A course. If you are non local candidate and if you have applied as a local candidate while filling the application form then at the time of counseling and document verification , if you will fail to provide any document proof of being a local candidate then you will automatically be considered as non local candidate. Other than that there will not be any issues as such.

Osmania university does not offer B.Sc in forensics science. This university offer M.Sc in forensics science only.

Hello student if you're willing to pursue M.tech from Osmania University then you must have to appear and qualify GATE as admission is on the basis of marks obtained in GATE Examination only.

However in JNTU Hyderabad admission is through GATE or PGECET

ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must have passed BE Or B.tech with minimum 55 percent marks from a recognized university.

Admission will be offered by the affiliated college on the basis of merit in qualifying examination, seat allotment and document verification. Candidates qualifying GATE examination are eligible to get stipend from AICTE if the applicant got admission in a college through counselling. Admission in Osmania University and JNTU, Hyderabad is done based on GATE score or TS PGECET score. Candidates qualifying in GATE do not have to appear for TS PGECET but they have to apply for TS PGECET counselling as the counselling for GATE qualified candidates and TS PGECET qualified candidates is done through single window.

The GATE cut off score for admission in Transportation Engineering was as follows for TS PGECET counselling for ST category was as follows

• Osmania University: 365
• JNTU, Hyderabad: 359

Considering the cut off you may not get seat in Osmania University or JNTU, Hyderabad. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
