Every state has its unique process of registration into the bar council. Once the registration is completed the candidate has to clear the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). The exam is conducted by the Bar Council of India, and the candidate gets the certificate of practice upon clearing the exam. The test is conducted to assesses the basic analytical capabilities and knowledge of the law.

A person shall be qualified to be enrolled as an advocate if he fulfills the following conditions:

(a) He is a citizen of India. Provided that a national of any other country can also practice only if Indians are allowed to practice in that other country;

(b) He has attained the age of 21 years;

(c) He has completed his bachelors in law;

(d) He has paid the required stamp duty, which is chargeable under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and an enrolment fee payable to the State Bar Council. He has to pay six hundred rupees to The State Bar Council and one hundred and fifty rupees to the Bar Council of India. If such person is a Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribe then he has to pay one hundred rupees to the State Bar Council and twenty-five rupees to the Bar Council of India.

Once an advocate passes the Bar examination, he/she receives a Certificate of Practice

Likewise, each colleges has its own cut off category wise. Cut off may increase or decrease every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. So if you secure the cut off rank that is specified you will be eligible to get seat in that particular college.

Both the technical universities, JNTU Hyderabad and Osmania University are comparable on basis of infrastructure, faculty and research facilities. Osmania University of Hyderabad is very good college for MBA. It was established in 1918. NAAC affiliated college. And top 53 NIRF rank 2020. Placement also very good here and college infrastructure also good. Faculties are very talented.

Total four streams will be offered for MBA here, they are Human resource management, finance, marketing and general.  You can join here in MBA course.

For admission into the BA, B.sc , B.com courses, the admission is based on the merit prepared on the last qualifying examination i.e. class 12 or equivalent. There is no entrance examination conducted for it.

For courses other than these, an entrance examination is conducted for admission into the specific course

Osmania University is a public state university in Hyderabad. This college provides many Undergraduate courses across various streams like B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BA etc. And let me tell you that the eligibility criteria is different for the different courses. Below, I have mentioned the basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses.

College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well

The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.

College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
