OU stands for the people under Osmania University.

UR stands for Unreserved category.

For every state ,15% of seats are filled under AIQ and rest of the 85% seats are filled under state quota, and within this 85% state quota ,the candidates further divided as non- local (15%) and local (85%),

That Non local 15% seat allotment is nothing but UNR, where students don't have domicile of that particular state and no reservations are applied for that category and admission is done based on only Merit.

You need to score in between 130-150 to get into osmina University as per based on your category you mentioned.Osmania University is one of the top universities in Telangana and only those candidates who have secured merit rank would get seat in this university.So you must score very well to fetch a seat in this university.
