From previous year data it is inferred that for ECE branch and oc category there were no seats remaining for pgecet candidates.
But cutoff varies every year and you have a good rank to keep your hopes up. If the seats remain after gate, you may definitely get a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or OU.

It seems like Telangana University is not accepting AP EAMCET. But there are some other colleges in Telangana that accepts the AP EAMCET-

If you belong to sc/sf/Bc-E categories then you have good chances of getting food technology at osmania university. For oc, Bc-A, Bc-B, Bc-C.Bc-D the chances are low as the previous year cutoff was observed below the rank 35,000.
