Main difference between the main campus of the university and other colleges affiliated to the university is placements, the main campus provides good placements as compared to other affiliated colleges. Rest things are all same but the placement factor is the major one. Hope this may help you.

JNTU Kakinada - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University is a better option for M.Tech.

The placements are very good as it is the top engineering institution compared to other colleges you mentioned. Many MNC companies visit the campus for getting students hired. Nearly 95% of the students get placed in reputed companies. This year, highest salary offered was about 7.4 Lacs per annum and average salary is about 3.6 Lacs per annum. The lowest package offered is about 2.6 Lacs per annum. Some of the major recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Reliance etc. Some of the students had also completed the internship with an average stipend off 12000 rs. The placement cell is very effective and provides CRT training to students by reputed training organisations.

You must be knowing that Osmania University is one of the most sought after universities. So with this rank, it might be quite difficult for you to get in OU with this rank. Belonging to a reserved category may help you though.

The last rank cutoffs for OU are not available anywhere so I can't really suggest you anything regarding it.

I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Yes you have chance to get in jntu Hyderabad.

Generally based on previous year statistics the cutoff for Osmania University is from 6 thousand to 9 thousand rank in gate 

You have chance but we cannot predict exact rank .

So there is chance for you to get ou/jntu so don't worry.

Based on your rank and caste the cutoff rank provided by osmania University is 674 but  there is a few chances to get Admission in Osmania University main campus  in sports category if your below rank people haven't use sports category then they may be a chance for you to get Admission but only few chances just try your luck

Yes you can get VLSI self finance based on previous year statistics

But it might be difficult for you to get embedded systems as the competition is cutthroat. One cannot predict the exact cutoff 

The documents required are

For General category

• GATE/ GPAT/ PGECET rank card and PGECET Hall Ticket .
• Degree Certificate of marks of qualifying examination.
• Memo of SSC or its equivalent.
• Certificate from 10th to Graduation.
• Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have a private study.
• Integrated community certificate issued by the authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates.
• In case of non-local candidates, Residence certificate from M. R. O of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years is required.
• Transfer Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Income Certificate issued by MRO after 01-01-2019 will only be considered.
• Minorities – Degree TC containing minority status.

So,you should have degree certificate only then you can apply.Please write to your university for the issue so that results will be announced asap.
