ApplyRanked #46 Among Universities in India by NIRF | 1950+ Students Placed 91% Placement, 590+ Recruiters
Dear aspirant,
To study in any college you will have to secure seat in that college. Every college has few exams which it considers for taking admissions.
One such exam is PGCET. Hence you have to attend the exam and fullfil the requiremnts provided by the Institute in that year to secure seat. Usually 40% aggregate will make a candidate qualify and every institution will again keep another cut off for various branch, category.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
dear aspirant, hope you are doing well.now coming to your question, according to your rank and performance in the OUCET statistics, there are very less to minimal chances of getting admission in OU campus at this rank.so my advice to you would be to search for better colleges other than osmania university.
hope this will help.
for further queries related to this topic, feel free to post down in the comment section below.
Hello,
You have not mentioned any specialization that you may want to get in.But you have secured a decent rank and with such merit rank you have higher chance of getting a seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad and JNTU, Hyderabad based on 2018 cut off trends. The seacured by candidate who have ranks below 1000.So after the filling of seats through GATE if there are vacancies you will get any of these universities.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Dear sreedhar,

It would have been easier to answer your question if you had mentioned your rank in the LAWCET entrance exam for the Bachelor of Arts L.L.B. course for 5 years. However, by visiting the link attatched below you can get a clear idea of your chances of getting admission in that college -
Hello,
Sorry we haven't reached you out on time.Even though let me clear your point.
Six point formula is the agreement between Government of India and Various regions of Andhra Pradesh.
To avoid legal problems in future 6 point formula is mad.
And coming to your admission. They described in 2nd point that there should be equal preferance given to local candidates in matter of admission.
This is what 6 points formula explains about admission.
Hello Piu, yes this might create a problem during admission. What you can do is send a detailed application/file a grievance/report a correction based on the errorin your admit card to the concerned authority and ask them to rectify the error. Your issue will be cleared once you reach out to the authorities.

The university is good and the infrastructure is awesome and the surrounding of the university is too good yar with huge. And the collage is located huge area with awesome infrastructure and with wide variety of garden and all it was awesome.
College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well
The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.
