Pandit deendayal petroleum university, gandhinagar is private college approved by UGC and accredited by NAAC A and ISO. It has been given an overall rating of 3.7 and placement rating of 3.2 out of 5 by careers360. 

Whereas, VIT university, bhopal is a private university approved by UGC. it is a new campus of VIT established in 2017 only. So, you have to wait for complete details regarding placement.

yes there is petroleum engineering  diploma course in pandit deendayal petroleum university , gandhinagar there are 24 seats in the college for these course .

It would be slightly tough for you to get into ICT. Since it was closed at 731 last year, and seeing the current scenario I think, it would close much earlier this time. But you have chances of securing admission in Petroleum and other branches at PDPU.
