Actually rank 3370 is a good rank, for that rank, you will have more chances to get a seat. You can easily get a seat in civil or biotechnology but it is a bit difficult to get a seat in desired branch that is top branches such a CSE, ECE etc. But also we can't predict anything, you may also get into ECE also CSE in 2nd counselling. But in first counselling you have a tough chance for them.

University KCET cutoff 2020 will be released by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) in the form of opening and closing ranks on its official website. The course-wise, category-wise and gender-wise cutoff will be released once the KCET 2020 exam will be conducted and its results are announced. The page will be updated once the KCET 2020 cutoff for PES University is out. The cutoff for PES University will be released during the counselling after considering the following factors:

• Number of candidates appeared for KCET
• The difficulty level of KCET
• Number of seats available at PES University
• Previous years’ cutoff trend

Last year the closing rank was 1094 and in 2018 it was 771.

If you mean PES Dehradun then the placement for this branch is quite average though satisfactory. The package would also be not that much as compared to other branches, as this Bry has more scope in future, recently in India the scope of biotechnology is not that much.

PES and SRM are very good colleges and have very good ratings as well. But when compared to college life and infrastructure,PES is much more better then SRM university. PES has a great Infrastructure, faculty and placement opportunity. you can refer to all the reviews of SRM college and PES college from our website, you will get to know that the students have mentioned it themselves that PES is better than SRM.

If we talk about Infrastructure the college has well-defined infrastructure and facilities. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are separate neat and clean hostels for boys and girls. South Indian and North Indian foods are available here, and the taste is also good. There were very safe hostels, and also there were very neat, clean and great housekeeping facilities. Medical facilities are available on the campus.

Faculty members are very helpful. They have top-class teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make the students industry-ready, and it was practical application-oriented. I have great knowledge about biotech. There are well-defined labs and equipment and live projects. We can learn a lot from them. I had an amazing experience here.

And now the main part the placement scenario. Almost 95% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college were Code Nation's, eBay, Intuit, Qualcomm and Deloitte. The top roles offered were a business technology analyst and system engineer. The highest average salary package offered was 14 LPA, and the lowest average salary package offered was 5 LPA. About 60% of the students got internships in companies like Biocon and Panacea Biotec.

You might have some slight chance in left out round to get Bio-technology at Pes University,but it applies only if seats remain vacant till that time.Generally all the branches at PES closes at around 15k rank.

So, for mechanical engineering of you are general candidate, you have no chance of securing a seat in PES University with a rank of 50k.
