in general both universities are very good. But my option is pes university. Here MBA course cost 9 lacs in total.You can get a chance here just by securing a good marks at CAT,CMAT,GMAT,MAT etc. The faculties are too good. The placement rate is also very good. Either you appear for KCET or PESST or both,you will have to get rank under 800 for CSE branch and under 1500-2000 for EC and EE branch.And for other branches you should be under rank 3000.
However cutoff changes every year depending in various factors.

The fee structure for PES University depends on the admission process. The fee for 2020-21 session haa not updated yet. This is the for 2019-20 session. If you get into the college through KCET, then approx fee will INR 48,000 (Mandatory fee 38000, optional fee 10,000) per year. If you get through PESSAT Examination, the course fee is around INR 3,30,000 per annum. The fee structure depends on your entrance to the college. Management quota fee usually around 7 lakhs per annum.

The PESSAT is not a tough examination to be worried for. The 90% of the questions are solvable even by average students ,unlike JEE Advance entrance examinations which have so many unsolvable questions especially for mediocre. But the only problem in PESSAT exam is that you have to do the time management. Like in Maths there are some questions which can be solved only in 4-5 minutes and these questions looks so easy but irritating when you start didn't get the answer and ended up wasting your time.
So you need not to be worried for the examination. Just know that which questions you have to attempt and what questions you will leave . Keeping these points in mind you can easily make it to PES University.

Through PGCET, the fees structure for any college consist of government fee and college fee which depends on the college you're taking admission.
The fee for MBA through PGCET in PES University is around 1 lakh per year. For reserved categories would have waiver of the government fee.

College Infrastructure
The college offers well maintained infrastructure with spacious classes , modern labs and well maintained and well stocked library . Campus is clean with availability of wifi and also has good sports facilities .
College gave meaning to my younger years

Infrastructure is good, Wi-Fi is available in the hostel and college. There are 120 seats in our course. The infrastructure is very beautiful. Laboratory is well-equipped. All essentials are provided on our campus. The food served in the hostel is average. Warden is also very good for students.
The best part of growing up happened here

Hostel is available of our college. Infrastructure of hostel is nice. There are 500 students living in hostel. Colour of the hostel is white and blue. Hostel is very beautiful. There are 100 rooms are available of our college. The InCharge of hostel is a very good person.
