Core ECE would have a maximum closing rank of 1200+. Thus, obtaining ECE at this position is difficult. Despite the fact that you may use the so-called "MQ" (management quota). Better still, enrol in electronics and electrical engineering while selecting computer science as your minor. Companies will come and recruit you as soon as your degree has "cs" on it. However, up to this rank, civil engineering and biotechnology engineering would be eligible.

First of all I want to clarify for PES Bangalore you have to give PESSAT or KEACET.

And according to your rank and previous year cutoffs you can get CSE at MSRIT as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 3138.

Not BMS as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 2704.

Also not RV as it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of 958.

but you can get PES Shivmoga s it has previous year(i.e.) cutoff for core CSE of around 41K.

Computer Sciencd Enginerring or CSE is a very wide branch that requires the understanding of various genres in it. The scope of CSE is also very good since it has given decent opportunities interest of jobs in future.

Talking about which one would be better. See, in my opinion I would suggest you to go with PES Univeristy. PES University is one of the best colleges in India for engineering.

The placements, academics and environment all are very good for a student life. The placements are also very decent.  Around 90% of students got placed every year with an average package of 5 LPA .

Apart from this you can also enjoy several clubs in the colleges and can participate in the competitions held in university.
