When placements are discussed with average package lying between 15-18 LPA for ECE. Companies like Microsoft, Qualcomm, Google, Amazon, Reliance Jio and Intel are top recruiters at IIIT A ECE. Overall it is one of the institutes which is steadily rising up and matching levels and legacy of top IITs and NITs in fields of Information Technology.

But, as per the campus placement consider choosing best institute comes with benefits. In nit surat mechanical engineering is best branch among others. Placement here is best and faculty also.

Nit kurukshetra here almost all the branch is good for placement wise cse is best.

Since it doesn't depends upon the branches it all about the interest. Because people do best in what they are interested in.

In each NIT there is a option to change branch. But change of branch depends upon following criteria.

1. Whether there is any seat available in your preferred branch or not.
2. You need to be the topper of your batch as there will be counselling as per CGPA achieved in 1st year.

Yes you can appear for IIT JAM after your integrated Bsc and MSc course. There is no age limit criteria that candidates need to fulfill in order to appear for IIT JAM 2021.
Through IIT JAM, you can get admission into the M.Sc programmes offered which includes M.Sc. (Two Years), M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., and other Post-UG Degrees Programmes at the different IITs and Integrated PhD degree programmes at the IISc, Bangalore.
Please note that there the are subject wise eligibility criteria for the courses which you want to opt.
You must have minimum 55% In your bachelor's degree of your General/OBC or minimum 50% if you are ST SC OBC.

I think you should prefer NIT Surat ECE/NIT Nagpur ECE above IIIT Pune CSE. IIIT Pune, is still a new institute and loses out to the former 2 NITs on Infrastructure and Outlook. Of course, if you are so determined to study nothing but CSE ,you can of course opt for the latter option.

Classifying Further, I believe NIT Nagpur ECE, will be a better choice than NIT Surat ECE. Pune ,being an upcoming IT Hub of the Country and vicinity to Mumbai and Bengaluru will provide you with numerous opportunitues in context of training, internships and placement. Placements are never a concern when it comes to older NITs amd secondly the branch being ECE, you can be assured of excellent placements and packages touching 10 LPA and upwards on an average. However few Companies and MnCs like Intel, Facebook and Texas Instruments visit NIT Nagpur but not NIT Surat.

Malaviya National Institute of Technology - Metallurgy branch of MNIT is better then when compared to other colleges because there is MRC (Materials Research Center) and Costly Machinery is there to doing researches related to Metallurgy.

In Metallurgical engineering many good placements records are there.

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat NIRF Ranking and other statistics also good as these institutions are of national importance go with your own will and passion as good you in your subject you will secure better placement as Chemical Faculties in SVNIT also well.
