                   Cutoffs for MIT,PSG,SSN,CIT are high for CSE branch. You won't be able to get CSE in these colleges with your rank. However, you can get CSE in other colleges under Anna University. You can check out last year's cutoffs to get an idea about the same:

PSG College of technology, Coimbatore is better than SSN college of Engineering, Chennai. Both come under Anna university affiliation, but the standard of PSG and its reputation is higher than SSN College, Chennai.

It is better in terms of education, placements and faculty members that are helpful.

As per IT department most students gets placed with a good package of salary. No doubt on placement you will surely get placed if you put required effort.

This college provides the best library is available. Sports has important priority. Medical facility is available. 

Almost all faculty members are very good. They come to class on time. Teachers are always helpful and responsive when asking doubts.

For Anna University, the yearly fees would account to around Rs.50000. This would include all types of fees(tuition,hostel,mess,etc). For other government colleges in TamilNadu the fees would be more or less the same. You can refer to individual college websites for more information.

The cutoff was according to marks

149 was the opening mark and 193 was the closing mark
