To calculate your TNEA score, you should know about the top score of each of these subjects in your respective board. 

Let the top score in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry be M, P, and C, respectively.

Let your score in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry be m, p, and c, respectively.

Your score out of 200 will be then calculated as per the following rule:

Score = [ m/M + 0.5(p/P + c/C) ] x 100

Yes, you can get seat in tnea counselling in other state quota bases on your category. You have to attach your nativity certificate. You can choose the college based on your cutoff and category in other state quota using college predictor.

Well you are asking for special reservation in ex-service men,if your father is still in army, you cannot choose the ex-servicemen category as during document verification, it will create a problem in counselling.

Your cutoff for Architecture is 282 and you are asking a seat in anna university.well my answer is 

OC category:305-315

BC category:300-310

MBC category:Around 280 to 290

BCM category:290-300

SC category:Around 280

ST category:Around 280

Sorry to say that TNEA counselling registrations are closed at the end of may 2019, and further no registrations are accepted.

The random number & certificate verification schedule has been published.

You can join TN Colleges only through management quota.

Sorry mam,

Only people residing in INDIA can apply for TNEA Counselling to secure seats in colleges in TAMILNADU.

Even the other state student have very less chances of securing seats when compared to tamil nadu students.

Other country students only can get seats through management quota.

For TNEA is, even students who are non residents of TamilNadu too can apply for it. But, before that, there are certain eligibility criteria which one must adhere to before applying. You have not mentioned which category you belong to.
With a cut off score of 192.5 , if your category is general or BC, then you stand on a tight spot. But, if it is SC or St, then you have fair chance to get Bio medical engineering in Anna University, College of engineering, Guindy campus when comparing the results of previous years.
