Hey Dheeraj Bhanu,

Anna University will take M.Tech 2019 admissions through GATE as well as TANCET exam. As you have already given GATE, you need not appear for TANCET. Though GATE candidates of Engineering Science and Life science papers should give the TANCET exam. The commencement for registration has begun from 2nd april, 2019 and the last date is 30th June, 2019.

 It depends upon the midset of the staff and the management  of your college.You go and ask to your  principle or tutor or in your office .They will be returning  your phone with some warning or with fine or with some apology  letters or they will return your phone at end semester.sometimes they may also inform  to your parents so their is no other way better you ask apology and try to get your phone my friend

Infrastructure - The infrastructure of the college is good but not the best. It is one of the oldest departments and funding department. The labs are better, but it would be the lenient department in the college. New labs are being under construction.

Faculty - The faculties members are experienced and have good knowledge. The students gain maximum knowledge when they teach. The placements would be mostly based on the area of practical knowledge.

Placements - Compare to any other college in Tamil Nadu, CEG holds good placement records. And it varies with every department. Top recruiters are Caterpillar, L&T, many automobile companies like Hyundai, TVS, etc and software Giants also come for placement every year.

Campus life - The campus cares a lot about the students' freedom and their joy. So it conducts many tests and provides Wi-Fi for 24 hours. Many extracurricular activities will be contacted such as NCC, NSS, NSO, etc.

Both of these universities are quite great and you should apply to the one that is more comfortable for you.

Try to choose the University on the basis of convenience, the branch that you want and location from Home.

Apart from GATE, Anna University intakes student through TANCET examination.The TANCET exam will be held on 19th and 20th May.Post publications of TANCET results, a common list of all the students will be declared based on GATE and TANCET scores.Post that the admission process will start.

So,as of no dates are declared but keep looking into the official university for dates.

But you will not get admission in Anna University due to heavy competition from local state board students who gets easily above 90% in the state board. The score of students selected for Anna University group of colleges are in the range 90 to 100 percent marks in PCM subjects.

Hi Faiqa, there are only two ways by which one can get admission here for engineering at Anna University. One way is through any entrance exam scores or through their counselling process of the 12th state board exams. There is quota for state students as well as other state students based on the 12th exam scores of Maths, Physics and Chemistry. You need to register for that counselling process for which they would provide the firther steps.

By part time if you meant DISTANCE MBA then below is the procedure:

you need to appear for the DISTANCE EDUCATION ENTRANCE TEST (DEET) .  DEET is Conducted in feb every year 

The syllabus for the same is :

DATA ANALYSIS,COMPREHENSION SKILL,BASIC QUANTITATIVE ABILITY AND WRITTEN ENGLISH.

100 question and time to answer is 2hours.
