Unfortunately you cannot convert Anna University as cutoff closing marks well above 55 even in ST Category  

You should rather go for lower end colkeges like Bannari amman institute of technology, GMK Gumidpundi,, KSR Erode College which jav ebetter chance of conversion.

Normalised scpres above 40 to 44 is range of cutoff marks for General category GATE in Applied Electronic stream at CEG anna University

You have to go more than 70 marks out of 100 to get in Anna University so as this is the last year records as every year the ratio will be changed. 

Chnaces extremely less ubder BC Category as well a scutoff is well above 59 marks for Food Technology in Anna University. 

You can have decentchances across GMk Gumidpundi, GMD Gumidpundi, Sengunthar college, Erode College.
