To get admission in Anna University a candidate must be passes in Bachelor of science in Biotechnology with not less than 50% of marks in Part 3rd .

Further to get admission for Master of science in biotechnology  you must give entrance exam and counseling conducted by Anna University .

Merit list of qualified candidates will be uploaded in the official website of the university . Further for qualified candidates will be invited for interview and document verification via mail .

Anna University e 2020 application form for TANCET exam can be filled till 4th February 2020. The new date will be announced later. The next Re admission date application form will be accepted online from the first week of May and will continue till the last week of May. Its highly difficult to get admission in  any college under Anna University. The demand for CS and ECE courses are at their peaks. And students with higher cut off will eventually fill the positions before the ranks 1000 or 1200 maybe. But you might get IT in MIT which is actually good and also chance of getting CS in SSN which is the elite course that they offer. You can go for any of the two without a second thought.

You have to choose the right path for your career guidance. In my point of view, your decision is bad. because for your cut off mark, you can get the same college and department through TNEA counselling procedure. If you provide your community details it will be better to prove my point. With the basic details, you provided I compared it with the last two-year admission cut off the ranges. Your cut off mark gets closer to the edge but within the range. So you must speak to the college management it is possible to transfer management admission to counselling it the fees is paid already.
