The merit list will be made on the basis of marks scored in TNEA. Then further the course selection, locking, fee payment processing will be done on this merit.

First of all, congratulations on scoring commendable marks in the exam, and of course you will get an admission in CS in Anna University. Some colleges under Anna University have C.S. cutoff ranging from 93-106 for the BCM category, and in other colleges, selection is done on the basis of merit for the BCM category students. As you have scored 190, you will definitely get a chance to study in the university.

Application Process for Anna University BE/ B.Tech & B.Arch Courses

Application form for BE/ B.Tech and B.Arch course offered by Anna University can be filled online by visiting the official portal of TNEA followed by document verification at the TNEA Facilitation Centers (TFCs). Students can exercise their choices of desired institutions and branches after paying the initial deposit, i.e., INR 500 (INR 250 for SC/ST/PH and INR 100 for special reservation category) by Credit/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking or through DD drawn in favour of ‘ The Secretary, TNEA Admissions, Anna University payable at Chennai’. Final seat allotment is confirmed by the admission authority only.

Candidates are selected in BE/ BTech programme on the basis of TNEA (https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/tnea-exam) counselling.

You can apply for TNEA and if you'll get good score in that, then definitely you can get seat in Anna university.
