To get admission in any of the course offered by Anna University you have to appear in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission(TNEA) process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) under the aegis of Anna University.

Application process is scheduled to be commence from first week of May 2020 but due to nationwide lockdown it might get suffered.

You haven't mentioned the course you are enquiring about. Neverthless, if it is for Undergraduate courses like B.E/B.Tech, the admission is through TNEA Counselling. At this point in time, Anna University has not released the online notification for TNEA 2020. It might be released tentatively during the month of June, probably after the lockdown.
