This is seat wise distribution and a total of 52 seats are reserved under other state quota.

 I would suggest you to contact the concerned authority of Anna University . Call them or if possible visit the college and ask them the solution to this. mail them the details and certificate .

Do this as soon as possible as seats are limited and hence will be filling fast.

First Graduate Tuition Fee Concession

This scheme grants government based concession to those candidates who are the first graduate of the family, those who will be attending the counselling session and will be joining in the professional courses in Government/Aided and Self-Financing Engineering Colleges.

Candidates eligible for the first graduate tuition fee concession for tnea 2019 will have to submit the following documents :

• Certificate obtained from Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar in the prescribed format. Electronic form/Digitally signed e-certificate only will be accepted which should necessarily include name of the candidate’s father, mother, father’s father, father’s mother, mother’s father, mother’s mother, brother (s) and sister (s) and joint declaration by himself and parent/guardian in the prescribed format.

• The candidates will must note that if the candidate’s brother or sister have already availed the First Graduate Tuition Fee Concession for studying professional courses, then the candidates will not be eligible for such concession.

Scholarship holders do hold a good position in this regard even if the proceedings have begin and started so if you do belong to the scholarship holders category so you be getting  admission in that. Admissions are held based on that too so its alright. Good luck!

Depending on the annual income of the family they can also avail scholarships that will be useful for the student.
