BITS Pilani is one of the most beautiful colleges. B pharmacy is a little expensive in BITS Pilani. For Btech with hons. Degree, the fees is 4.23 Lakhs which is the 1st Year Fees. For the course of 4 years the total fees is 17.38 Lakhs.

Around 70% students in every batch get placement in the non-core sectors like finance, IT and consulting. Packages are low for core pharma companies. The highest package is near about 18 LPA. And average package is 7-8 lpa.

According to the official notice By BITS it says that the candidate must have passed first degree of BITS or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate in qualifying degree examination.No you cannot apply since it says that the people with b tech degree in IT can apply in ME software system only.You can check other details in the link below:

The placements have recently taken a huge change for a good in recent years.In last years almost more than 95% placements are provided by the college and the recruiters include top renowned companies like Cisco,Netapp,Samsung etc.Highest package in last year being 30lpa.The college also provides a decent internships to almost every students and is a good college in terms of placements!!

ME Software Systems basically focusses on Software Engineering and other crucial IT Aspects, whereas ME in Computer Science is a more generalized stream, with essense on both hardware and software computational processes as well as programming languages and technologies like AI,ML and Data Engineering. ME in CS at BITS Pilani perhaps has more career scope and prospects.

Its only depend on your interest of study because both college are good. But if you consider the placements scenario the you must opt for BITS Goa because its one of the BITS PILANI college and they are the one of the top private institute of India with average packaging 9 to 10 lakhs per annum whereas if you compare it with RV college banglore that has average package of aorund 4-6lakhs per annum. You should opt for BOTS Goa no doubt but as i said earlier its all depend on your field of interest.

You have not mentioned particular NIT or BITS and even not specified the Branch,

so taking about the general senario,

BITS Pilani is far better than any NIT in terms of Course Structure, Placements, Brand recognition, Quality of students, Exposure, Alumni base, Extracurriculars and College life. In my opinion, BITS Goa vs NIT is a better comparison. If you are getting CS at NIT Trichy and some other stream in BITS only then you should go to NITT.
