SRM Placement is considered best as 4351 students graduated 2874 students got placed and 1384 students went for higher study which considered as 97% of students were placed. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, HP, Dell, L&T, more visits campus for placement. It has average salary package of 3.8Lack per annum. VIT placement is 3891 graduated 2311 were placed and 1032 students went for higher studied. It has fully flexible credit system which is allowed to students before starting of course. If you are consider for M.Tech in microwave engineering in BIT , then it's not worth it !

BIT is considered to be an average college. And its also about  the branch you have pursue for . As you have mentioned your branch,  you should try another college.

Since you have not mentioned your category and other relevant details, it is little difficult to predict precisely whether you will get any government colleges or not.

However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, you have some chance to get a seat in PES University, SIT, BNM colleges and some other decent to low colleges.

Dear candidate it's never too late to start any exam preparation. But problem is there if your Biology is weak, if you really wish to crack NEET exam you need to possess profound knowledge on the subject and have the proper grip of biology. Though Chemistry, Physics will also be the subjects which you have to face during the entrance but try to be strong in Bio, if you are your dedicated will definitely lead you to success. So one can find students from all over India with different talents and get to work with them. BIT Mesra is not a Tier-1 college. Now coming to faculties they are above average at best. Academic load is more compared with other NIT’s and closely ranked colleges.

as your course is in msc Physics you can not opt for CS IT placement if you will complete your coding because learning only coding will not make you that much  knowledgeable and perfect in CSIT. so prepare in your domain and go for the placements in your fields.

Birla institute of technology is private institute in Jharkhand. It is a deemed university and recognized by University Grants Commission(UGC). It has several extension colleges in India, like jaipur, noida, allahbad.

All those colleges are also affiliated with UGC.

So, yes BIT Mesra is affiliated with UGC.
