let us compare both integrated cources in physics.

Firstly courses at both the institutes are full time and will have duration of 5 years. Total fees in NIT Surat will be approx 3.65 lakhs for 5 years and other side in BIT Mesra it is 6.95 lakh for 5 years.

Eligibility in NIT is 12th with 75% and in BIT is 12th with 60%. You can also get admission in NIT by clearing JEE Main exam.

Looking at the ratings of overall institute i would like to give NIT Surat 4.0/5.0 and 3.3/5.0 to the BIT Mesra.

Dear Aspirant, if you want to earn money at early stages and want to get habituated with the corporate world then I will suggest you to opt for Birla Institute Of Technology, Mesra. On the other hand, if you want to pursue with higher studies like Phd and all then you opt with Integrated Msc in Physics from BIT, Mesra because it is far more better than many IITs and NITs.
