Dear aspirant,

If you were to take my opinion then I would recommend you to join mnit jaipur because Its a college of national importance . It has a brand name and in addition to that this college has strong placements.

Yes, it's true civil has a bit lower placements percentage in every college but mnit jaipur has a better rate on investment as compared to coep pune.

Hey dear

As you would be knowing that leaving certificate and transfer certificate can be both used simultaneously. Therefore I don't feel there should be any problem in the admission process if you use TC or SLC. You can use it and get admission in COEP.

It is not mandatory to wear uniform everyday.

College Uniform is only mandatory for students to be present in the Campus Recruitment Programme, failing which the student will not be allowed to sit for campus interview.

College of Engineering, Pune is one of the reputed College in Maharashtra. The placements are good for B.Tech Production Engineering branch and recorded placement percentage of 80 percent.

The highest package offered is Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum and lowest salary offered is Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum. The average salary offered is Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum.

Top Recruiting Companies are Caterpillar, Godrej, TATA Autocomp, Bajaj, Cotton Greaves, etc.

The campus environment is decent and teaching faculty are also well qualified. The campus life is good.

Admission in COEP through JEE mains are reserved for only 15% seats in All India quota, the rest are through MHT CET. If you want to get admission through jee score then you should score a very high rank.

It seems doubtful that you can get admission in mechanical branch of coep. The institute is highly reputed and is one of the best colleges of Engineering, so the competition is very tough.

As for the EWS candidate your cutoff will be almost equal to OBC.

For coep you need min 97.5% for OBC for lower branches in score more than 145.

For EE/ ME/CE you need 98.3+%.

For CS/EC you need 99+% .

A high std college

College Infrastructure

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.

The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
