DCRUST Murthal Admission Process

DCRUST admissions are offered for B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, B.Arch and many more.
The Entrance exams offered for DCRUST admissions are JEE Main/GATE/NATA/CAT/MAT/CMAT.
DCRUST seat intake: for B.Tech is 660; for BCA is 60; for B.Arch is 50; for M.Tech is 213; for MBA is 60; for M.Sc is 228.
The NTA will announce the JEE Main 2026 notification in October 2025.

DCRUST Murthal admissions 2025 will be offered to several courses based on entrance examination results as well as merit. For DCRUST Murthal admissions 2025, candidates have to appear at the entrance examination for the course required, like JEE Main for B.Tech, GATE for M.Tech, CAT/CMAT for MBA, NATA for B.Arch and so on.

Academics

I am doing btech from computer science stream here . The classes facilities are good with installed smart board and good ventilation . The teachers are very good , some of them having their phd's from iit's and are supportive in every aspect . The circulum is like the other colleges with a 8 semester circulum in which 2 sessionals held in every semester . But it should be restructured in order to make students the master of practical knowledge in their field .

Overall a great experience here and started loving this

With a General Category rank of 14 Lakh and an SC Category rank of 139,657 in JEE Main, it's highly unlikely you'll get into a NIT or GFTI through JoSAA or CSAB counseling for a desirable branch. Your SC rank is within a range where you might find a seat in some NITs or GFTIs, but likely in less competitive branches or in the later rounds of counseling. You should explore options like state government colleges and other universities through their respective counseling processes.

I have 31528 rank in General EWS category ....can I get computer science branch in DCRUST

With a 31,528 rank in the General EWS category, getting a Computer Science branch at DCRUST (Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology) may be a bit difficult, especially in the first few rounds of counselling. CSE is a highly demanded branch, and usually, the cutoffs are much lower. However, you can try in later rounds or consider related branches like IT or ECE. Also, keep backup options in similar colleges to stay on the safer side.
