As both the colleges are decent and if you talk about branches then CS and ME both are opposite to each other so it is advisable to choose the branch as per your interest and potential. And if you are confused about colleges then you can go through the below points -

Regarding Faculty - In DCRUST, they possess good knowledge and plus almost all the teachers have wide variety of experience in their respective fields due to the Consultancy projects they receive from time to time whereas Faculty of MAIT also gets the same points if you compare both.

Regarding environment : DCRUST is still on development phase whereas MAIT, there is majority of less experienced faculty to high experienced faculty.

Placement : Some companies do visit plus the campus placement in DCRUST whereas in MAIT, for CS and IT it is good (70-80%). For EEE it is 30-40%. For mechanical there is rare a core industry come in the college. Mechanical students have to place in majority in Accenture and Infosys.

Fun & entertainment : As per the students of DCRUST, hostel life is full of learning whereas MAIT is better as
there are a lot of events happening all the time. Cultural programmes, sports meet , annual function,  seminars, industrial visits etc.

Location:  It is situated at a corner of the Delhi in Rohini (village area) whereas DCRUST is well connected to the Delhi.

As per Careers360 analysing report, it has got AAA+ rating which says this is a decent college to pursue B.Tech in Electrical.

Also, you can go through the below provided points as you should know about these if you are going to get admission there -

Faculty -
They professors have good knowledge and plus almost all the teachers have wide variety of experience in their respective fields due to the Consultancy projects they receive from time to time.

Environment -
The campus is on the development phase and year wise it is becoming better.

Fun & entertainment : The hostel life is full of learning which cant be simply explained in the words as per the ex students reviews.

Placement : Companies do visit here but this is obviously not the best option if you talk about placement so you can consider the placement rate is decent.

CSE, ECE and Mechanical do have ample number of opportunities.
Electrical also manages good number.

What is the course name you want to take admission in?

I purely depends upon your interest . If you are technical kind of guy and have interest in Physics , go for btech otherwise go for bsc.

The infrastructure of the college is average and good at some places which are newly builted but is not restructured from many years . There should be proper maintainence work to be done timely at some places like hostels, sports grounds and etc.

At dcrust, the infrastructure of college is good in terms of classrooms are modern and have good facilities for learning. There are dedicated computer labs with updated software and a library with relevant resources for business studies. The campus also includes spaces for group discussions and meetings, which are useful for MBA students. There are hostels with necessary amenities, a cafeteria and areas for relaxation.
