Your CRL rank is very low and it will be difficult for you to get admission in DTU with this marks. You should drop a year and do practice for jee mains and give the exam again if you want a good branch...or you can also take admission in some private colleges.
In my view, you should try to give jee main again and score good marks that will help you in getting a good branch in DTU or any other government college because if you take admission in any private colleges with these marks than it will be waste for you in future.

Admission in dtu depends on which branch do you want. With 80 percent marks you will not be able to get core branches like CSE,SE,IT, MCE, etc. But you can get PIE, PCT, BT, ENE etc. You can even get civil or mechanical branch till spot round. Admission in DTU is done is six rounds and one spot round in which cutoff is released. You should fill all the courses in the choice filling at jac Delhi website... You can also try for NSIT or IIIT-d as they also does admission in 7 rounds and one special round.

If you belong to some reserved category like SC/ST then you have chances that you can get it other wise not.
The level of the DTU is almost same as of top NITs.

But these cut off can vary from year to year .
You can expect that you may get but nothing is sure until the counselling process finishes.

According to previous year(2018) cutoffs of DTU(Delhi technological engineering), with a rank of 138766, you can definitely get a seat in DTU. For students of OBC-NCL category having Delhi quota, in year 2018, the JEE Mains closing rank for Biotechnology was 290511, the closing rank for civil engineering was 171878, the closing rank for electrical engineering was 190389, the closing rank was 322575 for engineering physics, for environmental engineering, the closing rank was 967963, for mechanical engineering with specialization in automotive, the closing rank was 156209, for polymer science and chemical technology, the closing rank was 446859, for production and industrial engineering, the closing rank was 1018071. So, according to 2018 cutoffs, you have high chances of getting these branches at DTU.

With a OBC NCL rank of 8201 and with your home state quota in VNIT, according to 2018 cutoffs, you can get Chemical engineering, Civil engineering, metallurgical and materials engineering, mining engineering at VNIT Nagpur. You have not mentioned your CRL, so it is difficult to predict whether you would get a DTU seat or not but I do think at this rank and due to outside Delhi region, you would get a seat at DTU as the closing CRL rank(not OBC rank) for OBC candidates was 34106 for Polymer Science and Chemical technology engineering.
You can also get Computer Science and engineering at NIT Patna, Electrical engineering at NIT Patna, ECE at NIT Patna.
At NIT Warangal, you can get Bio technology engineering. You can get many other NITs too at this rank.

Yes, you can get admission in DTU in the BBA course. The eligibility criteria is 50% in 10+2 from any recognized board in India. You go to college, get the brochure and get the necessary details. The admission is merit based, so there are chances that you will get a seat.

Hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to say but with 47000 rank and General Category, you wouldn't be able to get any branch in DTU.
For the Delhi region, the last closing branch is BioTech with a closing rank of 34,000.
For outside Delhi, it is environmental Engineering with closing rank of 9404.
